As from April 1, 2010 the complete business activities of Hendriks Techniek Flevo B.V. in Dronten, the Netherlands will be taken over by AxFlow's new subsidiary AxFlow Systems B.V. and will make AxFlow a systems supplier all over Europe.

Anita Lennerstad has been appointed new Managing Director of Trailereffekter AB effective from August 16, 2010. Anita is 54 years old with Volvo Group as her most recent employer. She has many years of experience in leading positions, and her 20 years of successful work in after sales in Sweden as well as abroad for Volvo Penta, Volvo Parts, Volvo Truck Corp and Volvo Bus Corp, among others, is well documented.

Nomo Kullager grows in Finland

Nomo Kullager, through its daughter company Porin Laakeri Oy has acquired the Finnish technology trading company Tauno Tasanto Oy. Based in Oulu, and with an annual turnover of 2 million EUROs, Tasanto is a distributor of rolling bearings and seals. Customers include the heavy industries, such as steel, saw mill and pulp and paper, in northern Finland.
