Longstanding customer relations are built on trust, and trust is paramount for how our companies and entrepreneurs have successfully conducted business with individuals, customers and partners over the years. Trust is built and maintained through a commitment to ethical behaviour, honesty and integrity.
Our Code of Ethics deals with the rights and responsibilities of all employees of our group and covers ethical issues on individual level as well as the policies guiding our business practices. It is a reminder that every action matters, every day.
All employees throughout our group are to acknowledge our Code of Ethics and are encouraged to speak up, whether it is to discuss challenges or report suspected violations. The Code of Ethics is reviewed periodically and is available in a number of languages for downloading.
Suspected violation of the Code of Ethics?
We are serious about the adherence to our Code of Ethics. All employees, as well as business partners, are encouraged to report suspected violations of our Code of Ethics either to our management or anonymously using our whistleblower-system. There is no retaliation for raising honest concerns.
